A series of unique training programmes developed to help everyone in every business to:

- Develop your potential as leaders
- Develop the habits you need to deliver your purpose
Our Stepping into your Authentic Leadership (SIAL) training programmes are open to leaders across the world, they help you better understand yourself, your purpose and how that fits with that of your organisation. All our workshops are action orientated and you will come away with a personal development plan and the support you need to deliver this plan. Our habits based approach is key to the delivery of the changes you want to make in your life.
This programme is for you if:
- You feel dissatisfied or unfulfilled in your working and personal live.
- You get the importance of businesses and individuals having a meaningful purpose, and recognise this is the route to a more successful
personal and professional life. - You see there is more to business life than maximising short term
profits and see the need to focus on all stakeholders not just shareholders. - You recognise the need to play your part in addressing the climate crisis and don’t how you can do this.
- You understand that if you want to achieve all of the above, you will
need to access more of your emotions, moving towards more heartbased decision makin

SIAL 1:
Awareness
This programme is a deep enquiry into what being an Authentic Leader means for you. You will start to learn how to create a more fulfilling life for yourself, which will in turn empower you to be your best self for your organisation.
- 2.5 hours a week online
- Equivalent of 2 days of training
- over a 6-week period
Awareness
You will
- Start to develop your awareness across a whole range of challenges facing businesses and individuals within those businesses.
- Learn about human behaviour and how that impacts how we as humans act, particularly in stressful situations.
- Start to learn how to access your emotions and to use them in a positive way in your working and personal lives.
- Understand what is blocking you from achieving what you want in your life.
- You will come way with a personal development plan you can start to
implement immediately and tools to help you do so.
SIAL 2:
Deepening
This programme is a deep enquiry into what being an Authentic Leader means for you. You will start to learn how to create a more fulfilling life for yourself, which will in turn empower you to be your best self for your organisation.
- 2.5 hours a week
- Equivalent of 4 days of training
- over a 12-week period
Deepening
You will
- Deepen your understanding of your emotions and how to positively use them in your life.
- Understand what triggers you and how to manage this.
- Learn how to have difficult conversations.
- Learn how to make better your use of your innate Human Potential.
- Deeply explore what is blocking you from having a more fulfilling life.
- Develop an understanding of what your personal life purpose is.
- Learn how to be more effective in living your purpose.
- You will come away with an updated personal development plan and
more tools you can use to live a more authentic life.
SIAL 3:
Coaching
- 2.5 hours every second week plus 2 days in person module
- Equivalent of 7 days of training
- over a 12 months
Coaching
You will
This will allow you to live all the material that you covered in SIAL 1 & 2 and to become an expert in the tools and materials. You will be trained to use the tools in your everyday working and personal life, and in how to become a natural coach.
You will also learn new material in key areas:
- Facilitation and coaching skills
- Transactional analysis
- Creating Psychological safety
- You will continue to refine your personal purpose and update your
personal development plan.
SIAL 3 Plus:
Train the trainer
- 2.5 hours a week online
- Equivalent of 2 days of training
- over a 12-month period
Train the trainer
You will
In this level, you will learn how to train others in all the materials from SIAL 1. This programme, which runs in parallel with SIAL 3 will additionally include:
- Monthly coaching sessions
- Monthly small group practice facilitation sessions
- Running your own 2-day SIAL 1 under Heart in Business supervision
- Accreditation as a SIAL 1 facilitator.
